As you may know, the plan for this community is for it to have the most unique and valuable properties on the Ottawa River.
Our company is successful as a custom home builder and we will guarantee our customers that they will receive the utmost in service, quality and value from our company. We intend to build only one or two homes a year and we are sure that this small community will be the most desirable place to live on the Ottawa River in the next few years.
10 minutes to Renfrew, 50 minutes to Ottawa and less than 4 hours to Toronto, this community will be built showcasing 12 estate lots, each a single acre, along with a private road with gated access and 25 acres of bush land to be used for biking, hiking, skiing or your preferred form of outdoor recreation. It will have a boat dock in the bay and a common meeting area/park at the dock.
Each homeowner will be required to pay a monthly fee of approximately $80.00 for maintenance of the common grounds and roadway and we will offer the services of a landscaper/handyman to anyone who might require one – this too being billed at a monthly fee.
The proposed site plan below shows the various lots that are available. Lot numbers 2-5 are for immediate build dates, lot numbers 6-9 are for build dates in 4-6 years and the remaining lots should be built within 6-8 years.
We are offering people flexibility for long-term planning and can ensure constant growth to protect your investment. We ask that when purchasing your lot you pick your build year and stick to it (or sooner). If the time comes for you to build and you have changed your mind about building, we reserve the right to purchase the lot back from you at your original purchase price. We believe that this option allows for people to plan ahead but also gives them the chance to extricate themselves from the deal if, in future, their life plans change.
