House Lifting

T.O.C.C. has been working closely with a house lifting contractor for the past few years. Lifting and putting a new foundation under your present cottage or house is no problem.

Foundation Excavation

The Team at T.O.C.C.uses laser grading equipment, hooked right to the excavator. This ensures that your house is set on virgin ground when the footing is poured. Many contractors excavate with their eye or a rod type laser which must be checked after you dig. This is too late and is a large cause for cracked walls and shifting houses, because they added fill to raise it to the right height. This is the most important part of your project.
If this is done wrong, it must be lived with for the life of the house. 70% of basement excavations are substandard. Make sure yours is not one of them!

Our team has been working closely with a top notch paving contractor for the past 7 years. Our team will prepare your driveway and then our contractor will come in (working under our supervision) and pave the job site. Using this method makes the job very cost effective and we can insure that the base under the driveway has been done right.

Septic Systems T.O.C.C. has designed & installed over 150 systems in the past few years. We have our own consulting engineer for complicated systems (close to water). We also offer customers a wide choice of options, including conventional tile beds, Eco-Flo systems for rocky or wet areas and the new Bio-Nest system that offers a wide range of options. T.O.C.C. is licensed in Quebec by the Régie de Bâtiment du Quebec and also in Ontario by the Building and Development Branch of Ontario.
